Types Of Cuckold
- Traditional Cuckold
Definition: A man whose partner cheats on him without his knowledge or consent.
Context: This is not part of consensual kink or fetish play.
Note: Often used in literature or older definitions, not generally a part of the BDSM community.
- Consensual Cuckold / Erotic Cuckold
Definition: The husband or male partner knows about and consents to his partner having sex with other men.
Variations:
Hotwife scenario: The female partner is called a “hotwife” and has sexual freedom outside the relationship, with or without the husband’s involvement.
Cuckold fantasy: Sometimes purely fantasy-based, with no real-life acts.
- Humiliation-Based Cuckold (Degrading)
Definition: The cuckold derives pleasure from being humiliated or degraded by his partner’s sexual activities with others.
Examples:
Being made to watch.
Being verbally mocked or belittled.
Being compared unfavorably to the bull (the man sleeping with the wife).
- Service-Oriented Cuckold
Definition: The cuckold takes a submissive or servant role, often performing chores or tasks for the dominant partner or her lovers.
Focus: Obedience, service, and submission.
- Bi-Cuckold
Definition: A cuckold who is bisexual or bi-curious, and may be involved in sexual acts with the bull (the male lover) or the couple.
Context: Involves fluid dynamics of pleasure, submission, and often a desire to please all parties.

Note: The feminine version of cuckold, though less commonly discussed, exists in kink communities.

Definition: A cuckold who enjoys cleaning up after his partner and her lover, sometimes by licking her clean.
Focus: Humiliation, submission, and sometimes a fetish for “essence” or taboo play.

Definition: The cuckold is emotionally submissive, sometimes feeling jealousy or emotional pain but finds arousal in those feelings.
Emphasis: Emotional masochism, powerlessness, devotion.
- Voyeuristic Cuckold
Definition: Enjoys watching his partner with others but may not be involved in any other way.
Focus: Visual arousal and thrill from being a spectator.
- Alpha/Beta or Femdom Cuckold
Definition: Based on a power dynamic where the woman is the dominant (“alpha”) and the cuckold is the submissive (“beta”).
Themes: Female-led relationships, chastity, and often worship of the “alpha bull.”
